Website states accepting new patients - called and found that is only true for persons under the age of 20. Website states they have weekend hours - that is no longer true due to staffing

Performed a root canal on #14 and it was efficient and quick. Recovery was easy. I really felt secure and relaxed while she worked . I liked her personality and demeanor. She was a great fit for me and I've had plenty of root canals. Must say this was the easiest & least painful one I've ever had.

She was a 2nd opinion. She came into the room, never introduced herself, & stood where i could not see her. she literally poked me one time & said "this is what you need". when i tried to ask her questions, she was extremely brief. I had to drag the answers out of her. she said "i dont know why you are having this problem, everything looks good." The next sentence was "lets schedule a retreatment of a root canal".what just happened? start to finish she saw me for 63 seconds. (i timed her)

Refused to give me the price of a procedure, wanted me to come in (and pay) for a consult, when all I wanted to know was the price of the procedure. Very sketchy business practice.
