Dr. Collin Petoskey, DDS

Collin Petoskey took over my dentist's office late last year. Suddenly I was receiving bills with no backup information. When I called and asked for an actual statement, I was abruptly told that I was arguing (by asking for an accounting of the charges), and that I would be sent to collections. Then hung up on. So now I’m messing with this dentist, who has never performed dental service on me, who is threatening to ruin the good credit I have worked for decades to build - over a small but unsubstantiated bill. You have a right to run your business however you like, but you certainly don’t have a right to threaten people with collections for asking for an accounting of charges – especially from over three years and two owners ago. I’ve heard I’m not the only person being treated this way. There are plenty of good and honest dentists in the area. Best to avoid this one.

Great doctor ! Cares about the comfort of the patient during procedures , and works very hard to make sure dental appliances delivered to patient are perfect ! He is also very good at providing good patient education .
