Rodeo Dental, Located this provided on the United Health Care portal named Rodeo Dental, 10/26/2023, called and made an appointment for annual cleaning, provided my name and insurance information, confirmed for 10/28/2023. On 10/27/2023, I submitted my medical information and insurance again on the online portal for Rodeo Dental. 10/28/2023: arrive 30 minutes before my appointment and provide my name, medical card, etc, once more. I sat for about 20 minutes past my appointment time and was then called to the front desk and told they don’t take my insurance after all and cannot see me for cleaning unless I pay out of pocket. . I left and am looking for a dentist who takes the provided insurance. 10/29/2023 Rode Dental scheduling calls me and leaves two voice messages for me to call them back and make an appointment for cleaning as they look forward to serving me
