These people are great. Appointments are always on time. The doctor, hygienists and staff are awesome.

Dr. Harrel and his staff offer excellent care. The hygienist carefully explained her work and discussed how I could improve my own oral care routine to keep my teeth and gums healthy.

Dr was knowledgeable and professional. He expertise is second to none. He addressed my gum problem and gave me piece of mind concerning my crowns.

First appointment for a cleaning and checkup, second to replace a very old filling. The hygienist was the best I've had, very gentle, concerned for my comfort, while thorough and paying attention to details. In addition to x-rays, they took photos of the surfaces so I could see the problem areas. The dentist was also the best I've had, very gentle, fast and the new filling looks great. The office manager was also very efficient and helpful, with scheduling and explaining the charges and estimates for needed work. I will definitely continue to trust my dental care to Dr. Harrell.

I had a recent teeth cleaning with LaReina, the dental hygienist. What can I say, other than it went well. LaReina is always very gentle, and has loads of experience. She has worked there for years, and I would highly recommend her. Dr Harrell came in for my annual dental check up, he is the best. Makes me feel very comfortable and never any pressure. I experienced an unfortunate dental emergency and the office was able to get me in first thing the next day. Dr. Harrell and staff explained all the options and procedures to me very clearly and went out of their way to make a scary experience much more tolerable. They are truly wonderful with all preventative care as well, but how they dealt with this emergency is a true test of their professional and compassionate care standards.

Dr. Harrell is amazing! Best dentist in Washington, in my opinion. He listened to all my concerns and I was extremely comfortable every time I went in. I haven’t always had the best dentist experiences, often leading to a lot of pain during and after. With Dr. Harrell he has addressed pain levels and explained all the interventions to me. I am very pleased with his work and I would recommend him to anyone. As long as he is in business my family and I will be patients!

I’ve been going to Dr. Harrell for years. I used to have to take Valium before a dentist visit, but I can go cold now, thanks to Dr Harrell and his great staff. His demeanor is reassuring and calm. The Novocain shots are as painless as they can be. While I can’t say that I enjoy going, I go with much less dread than before. Highly recommend.

I had a broken tooth. He got me in quickly. He was very friendly to make me comfortable with the options. He fixed the tooth with a temporary crown right on the diagnosis visit.
