Dr Brock is great - no doubt about it. His front desk staff is often surly - once diagnosed my dental issue over the phone( she is not a dentist so a very bad idea). They are not good at returning phone calls to reschedule, and now I am being billed for something my insurance company tells me they shouldn't bill for -but email to them is left ignored. I am dissapointed that an excellent dentist has his patient experience ruined by bad front desk...
