Never going back!
The ladies that work there are really nice, however Dr Shepard has anger issues. I had two crowns done and one broke after 18months, after him shaming me for it breaking he allowed me to pay a reduced rate to fix it. Now the other has broken under 4yrs later (and the broken crown took a big chip out of another tooth!) and was so rude to me about it saying he isn’t warranting it and when I questioned why he raised his voice and said I’m not arguing with you and asked if he should continue or if I’m done. Just incredibly sad that after 10+ years seeing me and my 3 girls he would treat me like that….
