St Pete Office
They tell you your copay if you have insurance but you must verify with your insurance company after the claim is processed as to what your responsibility was. They overcharge and then you have the hassle of trying to get what is owed to you back. I do not doubt that many folks do not review their paid dental claims online and don't even realize they have been overcharged. Some dental offices realize this and count on it. The dentist with the last name Phane should be avoided as her skills and experience are just not up to par. She has fake friendliness about her along with an arrogance as though you are less than her. They also will take payment and not give you a receipt so must ask for your payment receipt and hang on to it if you are thinking of choosing this dental office.

I've been one of the dental hygienists here for 15 years and love it. Dr. Brayer and Dr. Phane are the most caring humans out there. They really take the time to get to know our patients and treat them with out judgement but with respect. The quality of their work is the best around. We do continuing training together and the work culture is wonderful. Our ideas are welcome and creativity is fostered. This may sound odd for a dental office, but we have fun raffles for our patients and all of us love going into work. I think we all out-work one another and I absolutely love that I can refer friends and no matter if it is a day I'm there or not, I can tell them what to expect. We have good systems for helping individuals and don't skip steps. We care and our patients love us for it. We take pride in excellence. My whole extended family and so many of my friends are patients. I love the before and after happy stories that speak for themselves of how we really do create lasting smiles!

At first, I liked her. But I quickly realized she is all about making as much money as she can. I would not say her work is bad but the constant overcharging and high prices have made me find a new dentist that is frankly better and fair in the pricing of dental services compared to Brayer.
