Mean
I have been battling the dental anxiety that Dr. Werner caused me over 20 years ago. To yell at someone for being in pain while you were doing a crown on a chipped tooth with exposed nerve is unconscionable. I have been to several other dentists since then and they have been amazing and they all point out that while my cap looks nice, the fact that a root canal was not done was poor dentistry. I'm hoping that since I've stopped going to your office many years ago that you have improved both your work and bedside manner.
