Dr. Shank was absolutely amazing. I had a cavity filled on the lower right side, and he was able to numb only the individual tooth. I didn't have to deal with a numb face for hours. He was able to do it 100% pain free from start to finish. I have never had that experience in the past. His office staff was prompt and very friendly. I was back in the room before my scheduled time. Highly recommended. I am a surgeon in the area, and truly appreciate the excellent care that I received.

I have already recommended two people and will continue to recommend Dr. Shank when asked. I have been seeing Dr. Shank for approx 7 years and drive 30 minutes into traffic, in opposite direction to be seen by him/staff. Very professional at the same time very personable and open. Staff there is outstanding and have been there as long as I have been a patient. Very fair pricing and only recommend what is needed.

Dr. Shank is the best! He is always knowledgeable but able to explain complicated scenarios in ways that just make sense. The office staff is extremely friendly and professional as well. Can't say enough great things about this practice!

I've been seeing Dr. Shank for several years. He is very knowledgeable and reasonable with his recommendations. He is super approachable and friendly. His staff is professional, efficient and works with insurance seamlessly. Great guy, great place to get work done.

I am happy with Dr. Shank dental treatment but I am getting tired about the calling the phone office. Never get phone response or very poor phone system by front desk personnel. I even tried several times. I was wondering what happen to the business phone system like that and thinking to look for other dental office for my service. I hope Dr. Shank read this message and fixes the issue with office phone services.
