Dr. Christopher O'Neal, DDS

Despite numerous attempts to engage Dr. O'Neal regarding my dental care, his persistent refusal to communicate has left me with no other recourse but to share my traumatic and damaging experience. Upon initiating treatment with Dr. O'Neal in 2017 for routine dental maintenance, I initially believed I was receiving diligent and informed care from a personable and conscientious health professional. However, it became evident that my faith in the doctor was detrimentally misplaced.Regrettably, the inadequate care provided by Dr. O'Neal and his staff fell far short of acceptable standards, resulting in the unnecessary loss of two of my teeth. Despite my repeated pleas for basic dental upkeep to prevent such outcomes, I was met with dismissive responses citing insurance limitations. Shockingly, subsequent consultations with other dentists revealed that the necessary care was, in fact, covered by my insurance all along.

He is knowledgeable and compassionate. I will definitely continuing under his care.
