The front office staff was nice but I waited an hour after my appointment time just to be taken back. Dr. New came in behind the chair, never talked, never introduced himself, just reclined the chair back. When I told him to stop moving the chair repeatedly because it was hurting my back, he wouldn’t stop until he brought it all the way up. The TV was on so loud I couldn’t even hear him and he made me feel invisible. He acted like he didn’t even want to see me as a patient. Such an impersonal experience for a place that likes to pride itself with caring about the person.

A doctor in his practice removed my wisdom tooth, caused me severe pain and infection and then left town. Dr. New had no better options than to wait and refer me to someone else, meanwhile other offices I called said I would need to be seen immediately!

It's taken me 8 years to get up the nerve to go back to the dentist. Last year I went to one and never went back again. I was very uncomfortable with the dentist and staff. Last night I had a dental emergency and HAD to go to ImmediaDent in Florence. I absolutely loved Dr. New! He made me feel so comfortable and I definitely will go back and let him finish all my dental work!
