Dr. Christopher Logan, DMD

I thought Dr. Logan was kind of rough, and not very sensitive.

I had gone to Dr. Kanozak until he retired and Dr. Logan trained with Dr. Kanozak and he is wonderful. He has invested in the practice and has a cool new camera that caught a problem with a filling before it got too big. He is kind, thoughtful, and is carrying on the tradition of caring about each patient as Dr. Kanozak did.

I did not have the opportunity to meet Dr Logan so I cannot say anything negative about him, However, when I made the appointment I told his secretary that I had delta dental and offered to send a copy of my insurance card. After driving from New Harbor which is an hour and half away I was told that he did accept Delta Dental but I would have to pay an additional fee because I had a PPO and not a Premier plan. She also had no idea what the additional fee would be and stated that it was my responsibility to check with Delta Dental. Had I been told this in advance I would have not made the appointment. The only reason I had made an appointment this far from my home because it was a referral from a doctor in Damariscotta who told me about Dr Logan and how he was a young doctor trying to establish a practice. I wonder how many other patients this secretary has cost him?
