I am so, so sad that they don't care for patients with Delta Dental any longer. I wish we could come back. We have been to many other dentists in Ocala since 2005. Dr Bonesteel was the best. We are so sad.

Dr Bonesteel is a true professional and excellent care was given to both myself and my husband I highly recommend him !!!

This guy is great! Front office is great. Totally explains everything and amazing at what he does. Highly recommend!

The staff and DR B was very through and explained everything when I needed to have a crown replaced. He was so gentle I didn't even feel the novocaine. Stephanie the hygienist was was very efficient and did a wonderful job. The man who made a temporary crown was super efficient and wonderful to me. I highly recommend Oakridge Dental.

Had a good visit for cleaning and x-rays. Staff are professional and explain things clearly.

Went in for a routine checkup. As usual the Dental Hygienist was courteous and efficient. Doc found a chipped tooth that had been bothering me. I was able to make an appointment to get it fixed 3 days later. Very nice! Been going here for several years now. Dr. Bonesteel and staff are courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

Dr.Bonesteel is very good , I have had two cleanings cancelled they were rescheduled within a few weeks.

Poor office personnel --cannot keep track of appointments and will tell lies to clients to keep them quite. Had a call from their office and the female whom called and gave incorrect info--when asked which one she was when in their office was told she did not work for them but worked for the answering service. Upon next appointment the female whom called was the one waiting on me. When asked why she lied before said --I did not understand your question??

First of all, the dentists (especially Dr. Bonesteel) and hygienists, are amazing. However, the front office makes it almost impossible to get to treatments. When the person you are scheduled to see has to miss work (which is an understandable aspect of life), you have to reschedule (again, this is common). However, you have to wait 2-3 months to be seen (because you were cancelled by the office the day before or day of your appointment). THEN you stand the chance to have the rescheduled appt

Pulled my tooth and left some root in I asked to take x-ray and he told me he got it all out. My new dentist took a new x-ray and some root is still in. God Bless Us All !
