The doctor improperly did root canal causing inflammation and pain. When I came to my dentist for a filling, he asked me who did this root canal. I said that an endodontist and he asked me again if I was sure cause it was a really bad job causing inflammation. My dentist told me I need to call the endodontist office cause root canal has to be redone. When I called Dr. Chen office and explained the situation to the front desk, the unpleasant woman told me I need to wait for 2 months for the next consultation before scheduling retreatment, moreover, she said if insurance does not pay for root canal retreatment I would need to pay myself. So I need to wait for 2 months in pain because of the bad job done and then they are going to charge again for the failed procedure. Don't come here, you might lose your teeth and money.

I had an appointment which I wanted to reschedule it and the receiptionist over the phone was very, very rude. The doctor is nice but I work in hospitality business but the person who picked up the phone was the rudest person by asking what and you will be charged for rescheduling instead of helping me rescheduling it. I am very, very upset with the way they treat clients! think twice before you make an appointment and something unpredictable happens to you. I will not go back there and I am getting another dentist and have already told my work colleagues about my experiences!!
