Dr. Chi Nguyen, DMD

First of all, she attended me the same day I called. So she is accepting new patients. Hope some of you will have the luck I had finding this extremely good dentist. My mouth size is very small, she had no problem doing a great suturing job after a bone graft placement, witch by the way, healed very fast. She knows how to make the experience as painless as possible. I don't like needles at all, but she has a way I have never experienced with any of my previous dentists. I will be her patient from now on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chi for several year. The first thing I noticed was how gentile she was when she administered a shot to numb the gum. I barely felt it. She put in a tightly fit crown to filled the space between the two offset teeth which eliminated the trapping of food every time I ate. Her dental hygienist is exceptional and points out things that I am doing wrong in my brushing. Dr. Chi always reinspects afterwards. I am extremely happy with my teeth.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff were very accommodating! The entire process from appointment scheduling getting treatment for my son was very efficient. The office is very clean and modern and latest high tech equipment.

This NEW patient purchased a set of dentures. Customer service was great at first staff nice, Dr. friendly and personable. But when it's time to pay up the money then service becomes a whole different story....Adjustments on teeth whats the sense of a warranty if you can't get an appointment? Things told now was never said(per staff) C.S. became very rude,nasty leaving the new patient feel uneasy and unwelcome anymore. "Take your money and run deal" NO "Take your money and Done deal"
