Dr. Cheryle Baptiste, DDS

BEWARE. The office manager, Tracy is very unprofessional. They setup an appointment for my mother for new dentures and treatment for gum disease but when she showed up to her appointment, they stated that they were still waiting for insurance authorization for her dentures. When Tracy was asked about when the medical insurance authorization was sent, she stated that she did not know when it was sent and that they have 4 people leaving the office. Tracy stated that they do not check the status of insurance authorization after they submit it. My mother's appointment was made a month prior. Tracy stated that they would call my mother when they receive authorization but stated that they would not call her insurance to check the status of her authorization. How would the office know that her insurance company receive her clinicals if they do not call to follow up?

Dr. Baptiste is an excellent dentist. Very professional and soft spoken. Very pleased with my care and the staff were great.

I feel incredibly fortunate that I found Dr. Babtiste. I have not seen a dentist in a very long time and I knew I needed a lot of work. I suffer from anxiety in general so it was all I could do to make the appointment. Dr. Baptiste immediately put me at ease. She could not have been kinder. She conducted a thorough exam, addressed all of my concerns and made a plan going forward to repair my teeth. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I have complete confidence in Dr. Babtiste. She is an excellent dentist in every regard and her staff is as pleasant and competent as she is.

I love Dr. Baptiste and her staff. They explained in detail the procedures that I was having and the assistant even held my hand when I got nervous. Lovely office with great people!! I will definitely return.

I have been a patient for 5 years and I finally lost patience with all their nonsense. About 75% of the time that I had an appointment (and I go twice per year), they called me 2 days before to tell me the office was going to be closed and therefore my appointment would be cancelled. I understand if this happens once in a while, but considering that it happens almost every time I make an appointment, I am just fed up with this service. When I told them I am frustrated that my appointment is frequently cancelled and that they should either not schedule appointments on days when they will be closed, or else they need to be more respectful of their patients' schedules and not simply cancel appointments just because they decide 2 days in advance to take the day off, I was rudely interrupted and told "I am not going to argue about this." It's not an argument for a patient to say that she does not appreciate the inconvenience of repeatedly having her appointment cancelled. And yet, the hygie

Dose not explain procedure prior to drill. Just said you have a large cavity and proceeded to do root canal without my knowledge. Left distressed after office visit.
