Dr. Cheryl Lindgren, DDS

Well let me tell you about my experience with Dr Lindgren, my first appointment I was told they would do whatever it took to make me happy because I told them at the first appointment that I would be there fussiest client ever. I was told they would do what ever it took to make me happy, that was June 2020; the first the system that was made for me has never fit proper so I went back approximately 55 different times and have spent over $17,000! My front permanent studs came out so I went back and Dr Lindgren and she told me it wasn't important which I believe is not true and then 2 weeks later another permanent stud came out and the last time I went for adjustments because I was very unhappy she told she didn't know what to do. At present time I'm not wearing my uppers or lowers because of irritation. The lowers have never fit, I feel I was misled. I can't afford another set and am now left with NO teeth in my mouth.

Good experience. Impeccable office. Great staff, helpful and caring. Dr. Lindgren took over the Hudson practice of my dentist of over 20 years. She and her staff are doing a great job. I would recommend this practice!

Dr Lindgren placed all porcelain crowns over my four upper front teeth without sealing the very dark tooth underneath. When the dark tooth showed thru the crowns, she said she didn't know why that happened, but she'd redo them at no cost to me. After multiple delays by her office, I arrived to have my new crowns put on, only to find that Dr Lindgren had ordered PFM crowns that I specifically said I did not want. Even though her associate dentist mentioned Zirconia crowns as a good option, Dr Lindgren told me that my only options were the PFM's she had in hand, the all porcelain crowns again - accepting grey showing through, or dental implants. Long story short, because I questioned these options, I was told to go elsewhere - IN THE MIDDLE OF UNFINISHED TREATMENT! I have four PFM crowns on w/ temporary cement, one that has already come off, I have to find a new dentist to clean up her mess, and my ins co has already paid her for work/crowns on these teeth and won't pay out again.
