Dr. Chen He, DDS

Dr. He is way more than terrible. She not only does her job very poorly but also has a lack of moral values that makes people feel as if they were animals or aliens. She has humiliated me and discriminated against the others because of my religious stance. She has even gone a step further and sent a notification letter to my home address indicating that she would not offer any services to me or anyone in my family. I have talked to the lawyer and am in the process of filing a complaint. Please stay away from this horrible personality!

She should be reported for her lack of people and professional ethical. I've never been so humiliated in my life my somebody who calls themselves a professional and I quote "doesn't need the money". I am a single mom and was referred to her for a reduced rate from my dental provider. The referral to the office was taking a long time and once finally it made it over I waited about another 45 minutes to see her, once I went back there she was incredibly rude and numbed the wrong part of my mouth after sticking freezing spray on my root canal teeth which cause more pain. She had forgotten about me being back there for about another 40 mins so I went to the front and ask for a refund because it sounded like whatever she was doing was more important. The manager had me come back in and said that she could work on me and then she chewed me out and said she didn't need the money from negativity in her life.

Dr. He completed her work in a timely and efficient manner. While she performed two root canals, I had no pain what so ever. She has a pleasant personality and has a way of making you relax. I have heard so many negative things about how painful root canals were during and after the procedure, that I was terrified. No need for fear with this doctor people. I would recommend her to anyone.

First appointment was great, with great work. The second appointment in another location was not as good.

There should be another star marked 'Terrible' in order to rate Dr Chen He accurately. DO NOT go to her. I had 2 root canals done by her. It took over 5 months to complete the work on each tooth. I also kept getting major infections in one tooth that I almost lost it. Overall, she did such a bad job that I had to go to another Endodontist 18 months later to get a 2nd root canal on BOTH teeth to fix her work. I cannot find anything good to say about Dr. He. What I can say is DO NOT go to her!!!
