Dr. Chelsey Cueto, DDS

Dr. Cueto is a wonderful dentist. I highly recommend her for all your dental needs. Nice office and friendly staff.

I have been going to Dr. Cueto for about 2 years. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend her as a dentist or her husband as a Prosthodontists. Her husband fitted me for a crown, which has never sat correctly. Chelsea Cueto tried to fix it twice once using the wrong tool putting me in agony for over an hour while her assistant yelled at me for not keeping my mouth open wide enough. Then, she had me come back the next week and did the same thing and never fixed it. I was charged twice for a procedure that was never completed. During that time, she also charged me for a cleaning but never cleaned my teeth. I also got to hear her and her dental assistant bad mouth her husband, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Now, my crown has shifted and my bite is off. I am in terrible pain, and she states she cannot help me. My advice if she is your dentist, DON'T HAVE AN EMERGENCY TOOTH ISSUE BECAUSE SHE IS USELESS. Overall, I would give the entire practice an F (her and her husband).

My wife, child and I had gone to Dr. Chelsea Cueto's office for about four years and unfortunately, I cannot recommend her as a dentist. We have found her services to be about "average" but who wants an "average" dentist? We've gone elsewhere. We have had fillings that have fallen out, crowns that needed rework, but the final straw has come with her new cancellation policy. She requires two business days’ notice or charges a $35 penalty per appointment. She strictly enforces this policy. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule back-to-back appointments for my wife and child. We gave the office a one day notice. They charged us $70. We asked for forgiveness since this was our first offense, but were still charged citing "office policy." True, that was the agreement; however, Dr. Cueto herself has cancelled appointments on us the day of the exam, and yet she could not find it in her heart to offer us forgiveness when we needed to change an appointment.

Dr. Chelsey had such a gentle touch when numbing me, I barely felt a pinch. I felt very comfortable under her care. Thank you Dr. C!

The staff is friendly and personable. I used to dread going to my previous dentist, but the atmosphere and the way I am treated in this office make me enjoy my visits. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

By far the best dental experience I've ever had!! Dr. Cueto took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease about my visit. I had to have a cavity filled and she was so gentle with numbing me and drilling that I didn't have any discomfort! It is unusual to find a dentist that is this nice and cares this much about each patient from start to finish. I will absolutely be going back every 6 months for my check-ups!! I've visited Dr. Cueto many times before, but this time was for cavities. I'm deathly afraid of needles and was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t feel even a pinch when being numbed up. She's continuously through in my treatments, and her staff are very welcoming. Not to mention the flexibility in their schedule to get me in on such short notice. I'll continue to drive the 45-50 minutes for the quality of service Dr. Cueto and her staff provide.

My wife and I were looking for a dentist that was in our insurance network because our out of network dentist was getting too expensive for us. We were used to getting excellent care so we were a little concerned about switching. After our first two treatments with Dr. Cueto our concerns were gone. We have received excellent care from Dr. Cueto and all of her staff. We will certainly be recommending her to our friends and family.

I have always had great experiences here. The staff is always friendly. They always make sure to explain everything they are doing so there is no question as to what is happening.

Ive recently switched dentists due to dental insurance provider changes. I was so happy to find a non-chain style dentist office. I want to be in a personal dental environment and have a relationship with one dentist ( not 5 Different ones). Today I was frightened to get a cavity filled due to past unhappy incidents with a dentist who rushed my process. Chelsey "listened" to me and made sure that this fearful experience didnt occur. I was So very happy with the entire filling experience today

Was a great first visit for my baby, she can't wait to go back. Great dentist for the whole family. Even cosmetic when momma chips her front tooth!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Cueto for the last two years and are very happy with the care we have have gotten from Dr. Cueto and her team. Over the last two months I have had a root canal, crown, and periodic cleaning, all done by Dr. Cueto in a very professional manner. Her office is warm and welcoming and she has a wonderful "bedside manner". I would highly recommend Dr. Cueto.

I switched dentists and I wish I had sooner- Dr. Cueto personally attended to me during my visit and answered all my questions. Even the office staff were awesome. I now feel like I am finally getting comprehensive dental care and I don't dread going to the dentist anymore! My whole family will be going to Dr. Cueto now and as an added bonus, the office hours are convenient for our schedules. My advice: switch to Dr. Cueto NOW and you won't regret it!

Love Dr. Cueto and her staff! They made me feel welcome at my first appointment and my two cavity follow up appointments. You'll be happy you found them! In terms of scheduling, new clients take a few weeks to get in but they have plenty of cancellations so earlier spots open up!

Dr. Cueto is very professional and skillful. I would recommend her to anyone.
