DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! I called over the phone and told them about my wisdom tooth ache for him to tel me to come in just to refer me to another dentist. He charged and sued me for $50.20! He didn’t perform any services and could’ve told me over the phone he did not do wisdom teeth instead of charging me $91 (my insurance paid $40). It’s a shame his practice had to sue a single unemployment mother for $50... his practice must be in jeopardy over a $50 balance I shouldn’t have been charged.

I have gone to Dr Sgroi for years and he is effective and doesn't overdo. Xrays when needed not every time, making a temporary filing for instant relief while getting approval from my stinky insurance. Great for an emergency or routine. Understand allergies and works with non-metals. Sensitive and able to work with my autistic child. Staff easy to get along with.

I brought my four year old son to see Dr. Sgroi today and was very disappointed by the service I received solely by the dentist. The receptionist and the Dental hygienist were very friendly and helpful however when the dentist found a cavity in my son's mouth, he's proceed to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover a specialist and I should use someone he felt trustworthy. Even though this person wasn't in my network. My insurance company informed me that there were 6 specialists in my area alone!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Very gentle and professional.
