Dr. Redmond is always thorough and professional. He always answers my bazillion questions and concerns. The girls in the Ortho room are always so friendly and recognize me by name. Any time I need to call about something, whoever answers always takes care of my concern quickly.

The girl that changed my colors on the braces, took pictures on my teeth and did the pan. x-ray was really nice. She explained everything she was doing step by step.
As far as the Doctor; Dr. Redmond, he didn't greet me or even introduce himself to me. All he did was come over and my chair (that I was in located in the back where you get braces on and off at) and told me to turn my head to the right and open up wide. I am just not happy with this visit at all.
