Dr. Charles Ferzli, DDS

I have been seeing Dr Lee, who is a co-worker of Dr Ferzli for 5+ years. I cannot say enough about the quality of care that this office provides. Also state of the art equipment & friendly staff.

It was my first experience going to Dr. Ferzli . I sometimes grind my teeth and every so often I crack one bad. I was in pain. . I called the office and they had me come in. I needed a root canal and a crown. Everyone that I had come in contact with treated me professionally with great compassion. Dr. Ferzli's staff worked well with each other. They made me extremely comfortable and Dr. Ferzli's work is exceptional. Now six months later I cracked another tooth and during the pandemic I did not hesitate going to see Dr. Ferzli and have it taken care of. His professional office stepped up to today's challenges and coordinated care with no time spent near any other patient and maintain an very clean environment. I asked the how the air conditioning was maintained, and was told there is a operating room filtration system. I couldn't be more impressed with this office. Unfortunately this tooth had to be pulled. Dr. Ferzli put me at ease and the tooth came out quick and painlessly.

The Smiles of Cary staff are fantastic. They have put together a very comprehensive distancing and sanitizing approach. I felt very safe being treated there today... And as always, Dr. Ferzli's work is top notch.

Though going to the dentist is not my favorite activity to do, the staff at Smiles of Cary were very friendly, efficient (no wait time) and helpful throughout my teeth cleaning procedure and my consultation for a future crown I need to have done. I wish other medical groups were this organized.

Found Smiles of Cary when we relocated here 2 years ago. I’m very pleased with the care and service I received from Dr. Ferzli. I’ve had many procedures including crowns, root canals, and an implant. All with great results. I’m not a great dental patient, but it was as painless as possible. I had an emergency toothache, resulting in a root canal, and I was seen and treated the same day I called. Love the hygienists(great cleanings and info) and office staff(friendly and helpful).

Jamie the office manager was awesome, getting me in quickly, setting up the initial diagnosis work and testing at their office. I needed both a nighttime sleep appliance and a twelve-week daytime appliance for TMJ. Dr. Ferzli and his staff determined the root cause and treated me with the minimum yet appropriate appliances. With the appliances, diet changes, a unique pillow from my chiropractor, tongue exercises and regular adjustments my sleep apnea AHI went from 63 to 7 in five months!

Loved my first visit to Smiles of Cary! Immediately put at ease the moment I walked in, and I am a huge “dentist chicken!” Every single staffer was friendly and professional, and Dr. Ferzli has a great bedside manner! And a great sense of humor! Can’t believe I am saying this, but am actually looking forward to my next appointment to get my new crown!

This is a great dental practice. I DO NOT have a complaint. I’ve been a patient for about 10 years. I tried multiple dentists before I discover the one that suits me. I’ve seen the dental assistants rotate in and out through attrition and pursuing higher dental education and credentials.
