Went in to check up on a loose implant and he replaced the implant using the latest high grade materials. He was very through and professional. This was in 2003 and the implant has had no issues. In fact, every dentist since then has been impressed with his work and always comments on it.

Went in for an elective procedure. When given a consent form, I had questions about some of the possible bad outcomes. I was told, "that will never happen." I said I wasn't sure, and was told to think it over and come back. I was then billed in full for the procedure, several thousand dollars.
