Do not go to this dentist if you rely on the office staff for insurance coverage. The staff said I was covered for two types of procedures or devices and then reversed positions and sent my bill to collections after I requested to speak with the doctor, stating I didn’t respond to correspondence even though we agreed my next opportunity to discuss my bill was at at my teeth cleaning appointment, which was canceled unexpectedly on Veterans Day (today).
