Dr. Chad Zahm, DMD

I was a patient of Dr. Hoffman's many years. I must admit I was skeptical when the practice changed. The experience with Dr. Zahm has been fantastic. My entire family is very happy. He is an excellent doctor whom will go above and beyond for a pleasant patient experience.

I have been a patient here for ten years, since the previous owner Dr. Hoffman, and it thoroughly upsets me how the quality of care here has recently declined. When I was only getting cleanings done, Brockie Dental met all of my expectations. However, anything past I have yet to be happy with my care, which leads me to move practices. I had a crown placed a year back which has never felt right and it is getting redone next month. More recently, I had a few bondings done. Of these bondings, zero have stuck, I have gone 5 times in two weeks because of this, ultimately leading to more drastic measures for a small chip. Furthermore, my experience with the technicians was horrible. In my appointments of the series, worked said, “oops, I’ll use the other drill” and “oh now I see it” after drilling the part of my tooth. Now I have walked out with lost money, more damaged teeth, and lost time. I am so very disappointed.
