30 minutes wait past appointment time
I took my daughter out of school early to get to the appointment 10 min before 3:15 appointment time. My daughter was not seen until 3:40. She was late for her sport meet because of this. Why making appointment when you cannot see patient in time? Before, when we were late 15 min we had to make a new appointment. When you are late seeing patient, you just say 'Sorry'??? Is it ok for you clinic to be late and not the patient? The front staff did not even say 'sorry' to my daughter. I like Dr. King but with the service like this, I might just go to another dentist.
