I read the only other post here and had to laugh. Chad and his staff are very compassionate and take time to make sure my needs were met. I have had some terrible experiences in the past that made me fear dentist, and Chad has helped ease those fears and made it a little easier to go to the dentist now. Not sure what happened to the other person but I have recommended Chad to all my friends.
