WORST dental experience In 49 years! I was already apprehensive at the thought of getting a cracked tooth fixed, but Dr. Hao said my crown on my last molar was the immediate concern. She said she could do the crown the same day and advertise that it takes 2 hours. I agreed saying that 2 hours is doable. I was in there for almost 5 1/2 hours! Dr. Hao did not tell me she had an “emergency” root canal who walked in just minutes before my 10 appointment. That person and other patients became her priority. Had she told me, I could have easily rescheduled. Instead, she numbed me up multiple times because she was gone so long helping other patients that the novocain had worn off twice! She ended up breaking off my remaining tooth and cemented the crown on top of my now flat tooth! She also severely injured my gums with her clumsy drilling. She put in a rough crown that was a lot shorter saying it was HER decision! She said I could wait to get another made. I ran out of there in pain at 3:20.
