Dr. Carolina Cortez, DMD

This office is a good office for general dentistry. However, my last 4 appointment through out the time I have been coming to this office have been rescheduled. Unfortunately, the doctor does not live locally, she lives in Naples. I always schedule my next cleaning at the end of my visit and note it on my phone calendar. Scheduled for March 6, 2024 3:30pm, found it weird that I did not get a call the day before. So, I called the day of appointment. The receptionist tells me I am not scheduled and that the doctor is not even there. Enough is enough, I know when my business is not appreciated. Side note: My said on her last visit the they had the dental assistant do her cleaning. She felt her mouth the same as when she came in. Office needs to honor the appointments and never should the dental assistant they have do cleanings. He is not even a licensed hygenist. When I have received a cleaning from the doctor her self it has been great. Problem is sticking with appointments.

After being with the same dentist for almost 20 years, I switched to Dr. Cortez after having an extremely bad experience with my former dentist. The visit and service with Dr. Cortez was above and beyond the norm. I could not be happier with the office. The staff treats you as if you were family. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Cortez has been one of the best. I'm glad I found her as she's gentle, patient and very professional. I gone to her several times for a root canal and cavities. She takes her time to explain to you the procedures needed and options. I highly recommend Dr. Cortez as your Dentist

I saw Dr Cortez for my regular check up and exam and she was great. I needed some fillings and cavities fixed and she was great at injecting the anesthesia, I didn't feel any pain at all. I also needed Invisalign and she has been great at every visit, I usually see her every 4 weeks and every time she has been great at explaining the details of my treatment. I've recommended her to my family and friends and they also love her. Dr Cortez is knowledgeable and a great dentist, glad I found her.

Dr. Cortez has been the best dentist I have seen!, she is very gentle and professional. She took out my wisdom teeth, and I actually did not notice she extracted them, it was a very painless procedure. As well, she is doing my invisalign treatment, I love the process and how my new smile is starting to look. I highly recommend her if you are looking for good quality and for a dentist who really cares.

Dr. Cortez is an excellent professional who patiently dedicated her time to ensure my treatment was done right. Her treatment was painless as she is very gentle and skilled. I will return to seek further treatment exclusively with Dr.Cortez.
