I have been with this dental practice for about 4-5 years now even though I am out of network, they've always work with me to get my cleanings covered at 100% until this year. My daughter and I had our cleaning done in December on different days and checked out with no balance notification at the moment. My son had his teeth cleaned in Jan. 2020 as well and checked out with no balance. Well, a bill of almost $300 was sent at the end of January for our cleanings. I called the office to discuss my concerns. The billing person did not resolve the problem and felt that it wasn't their fault to inform me of their extra charges. She stated that they had increase their charges for those cleanings. Well, how was I supposed to know? I did check out of the office at 3 different cleaning times (me, my daughter and son) and never was made aware of the balances at any time. Asked to speak to the office manager and was informed that there was none. (The 2 stars are for Rhonda and Karen).
