I went the first time and was very sad about not having money up front to fix my teeth but she assured me she can do payments and tomorrow January 24 I get my bridge for my missing tooth I’m scared but she assured me I will be fine and she was have patience pray for me

Very unprofessional, assured me they will take care of the pain on my Childs tooth when I called to set the appointment and gave them all his information, they postponed the appointment to the week after to be able to check with insurance, then on the visit they only took x-ray and Doctor just informed me she cannot work on him because of his age and because he needs work on other teeth as well and that he needs to go to pediatric dentist. i asked her if she can take that tooth out she said she will see what she can do and left and sent me a male nurse to make sure i leave, Very unprofessional and Complete waste of time.

She talked me into getting 2 implants. Both implants facing opposite directions. Ended up to a proper prosthodonist who saved my life! Her dental tools were not properly cleaned between patients.

Have been seeing Dr. Patel for over 5 years. She always answers my questions, never rushes through appointments and will reschedule when necessary.

Lousy service and became very ill due lack of disinfect the between patients.

Horrible experience! Dr. Patel asked me to remove my tooth while also quoting $900. Very disappointed and no doubt she is extremely money-oriented as I can read others' reviews!!! Thank god I showed to another orthodontics who did a successful root canal and saved my tooth, applicable under my insurance as well.

Horrible experience with office staff & Patel. Patel did not correctly fix a chipped tooth so we had to go back to get it fixed. The office billed nearly $500. up front instead of filing an insurance claim. Also, the office staff is very rude.

Although I liked Dr. Patel's manner, the Monarch franchise (from our family's previous experience, & that of friends,) is on a very aggressive "services-Upsell" plan, (asking & screening for all possible additions, including whitening, etc.) to increase $$ - In a routine check-up, where an exam & cleaning is covered, they refused to provide the routine cleaning unless it included the $200 upsell, despite the particular screening indicated borderline, not necessity.

She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Do not feel pressured.
