Dr. Brian Vence, DDS

Of course I would ! It is always a pleasure visiting Dr. Vence ! His assistants and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and caring - they have treated me like family from my very first visit when Lynne explained in detail the plan for my treatment. This combination of skills are rarely found in any medical office these days (unfortunately)! His office is also super clean which is very important to me. Most importantly, Dr. Vence has been the one and only dentist able to help with my severe jaw pain! I feel my situation with that is quite complex and I can only say the GREATEST things about Dr. Vence in regards to what it took to help with that!!! I feel he truly cares about his patients , because he loves his profession. I am SO GRATEFUL to have him for my dentist!!!

I had numerous older metal fillings in my teeth, and they were breaking down, so I had Dr. Vence go through my mouth one quadrant at a time to replace my old fillings, and restore my teeth. We did this over about a year, due to the fact that I was living in Austin TX.... My teeth are now perfect, and have had virtually zero problems for almost 20 years now..... Money well spent !!!!

When my dentist retired after 40 years of service, I found Dr. Vence. He is really good and I've even gotten feedback from other dentists that have said he really does extra special work. He's got a great personality and often presents at various dental conferences around the world. The guy is top notch. He's even helped me on a holiday weekend to fix a temp that had come loose after eating a holiday cookie. I trust my dental health only to him now. He's an easy choice if you're looking.

He was my family dentist for years. His cleaning assistant had no sympathy and always made my teeth hurt and my gums bleed. When my wisdom teeth were taken out, the Novacaine didn't fully work and the pain was immense. When my brother's wisdom teeth were taken out he had exposed nerves on both sides and severe pain for weeks. In addition to these issues, he also seems unconcerned with what he decides to chat about. The impression that he gives of himself is not flattering. Kim is great.
