I have been seeing Dr. Shimizu for about 5 years. Every visit has been great and I appreciate being seen at the time of the scheduled appointment, not sitting in the waiting room for extended periods like other offices. The office in Long Beach is very calm, while the staff are attentive and kind. Dr. Shimizu is by far the most thorough dentist I have seen. He walks through all that he identifies while making sure that you understand what he is describing. One other great thing is that he suggests treatment based on necessity and does not rush into procedures. I really enjoy having a dentist that I can trust like Dr. Shimizu.
