Dr. Rust is both friendly and very caring
Dr. Rust is more than just friendly, he listens to my dental concerns. He does not push unnecessary x-rays, cosmetic, or other dental work. I had 2 other dentist tell me that I needed my root canal redone, but after a long chat with Dr. Rust, it is not necessary. I had a tooth injury when I was a small child, and that left the "scar" on my roots. No other dentist had bothered to ask me about this before.

Very dissatisfied with the staff members at both offices, very inconsistent, unreliable, and were never service oriented towards me. I received nothing but poor customer service over the past 4 years. I fell through the cracks on numerous occasions whenever it came down to scheduling the recommended dental appointments. My billing, insurance and personal information was always botched. I feel sorry for Dr Rust, he's a good dentist, but his administrators leave a bad taste in your mouth.
