My Daughter Jackie, who has special needs was treated today by Dr. Brian Rooney . We were very nervous about her being seen by someone new, as she can be difficult, because of her physical and mental disabilities, but he blew us away! He was excellent in dealing with our daughter, he was caring, patient and effective. I highly recommend Dr. Rooney !!
