Caring Detailed Professional
I must preclude this review with a background of me. I have a tiny mouth opening and am a problem that most professionals don't want to deal with. Lucky for me, I found Dr. Nalls, which was a recommendation from my primary dentist. Yesterday, 4/2/2023, I saw Dr. Nalls for the second time in 2 years for three possible root canals, according to my dentist. Dr. Nalls was very detailed in going over everything from my dentist before he proceeded. He then did his full review. After his study, he stopped all work and spent a reasonable amount of time reviewing his recommendations and options. With my concurrence, he then did one of the two root canals he carefully explained. He was outstanding in minimizing the pain and numbing the area to be worked on. I hate hate hate to have to see any Dental Dr., but for those that I do need to know, I am glad to have such a caring professional as Dr. Nalls.
