My wife went to the clinic to consult with doctor about her dental problem. After she paid $100, he did an examination in her gum and caused a lot of gum bleeding. To her surprise, the doctor did not do anything to disinfect the area he inspected. When she came back, she got swollen gum and tooth pain. She had to visit other dentist to take a look at her new problem. She was told she got gum infection and was given antibiotics to fight infection but even after ten days since she started taking antibiotics, her swollen gum and tooth pain have not disappeared but only lessened a little. To her dismay, the problem seems to have spread to other area in her gum. The doctor either did not care or was lacking in common sense. There was a possibility that an infected tool was used during the examination. Anyway she is still suffering from the impact of her visit.

I found Dr. Miller to be quite arrogant and full of himself. Not the characteristics I am looking for in a health services provider.
