Office staff very accommodating. Dental hygienist does a very thorough cleaning and you do not feel rushed. Support staff is excellent. Dr. Hoops has done many procedures for me and I am always happy. If there is an issue he takes care of the problem. Very satisfied.

Excellent Dentist. Have been his patient for 20 years. When I worked in Florida for 2 years, the Dentist I saw there asked me once; "Who did your work?" I told Him Dr. Hoops He said it was some of the best work he had ever seen. Hoops had done fillings a bridge and a root canal prior to that. The root canal Hoops did was absolutely painless during the procedure.

i went to Dr. Hoops on June 18, 2019 for an extraction. The previous receptionist told me I was all set and didn't owe anything. To my surprise, I received a bill for $99 on August 11, 2020, 14 months later! The bill had a notation at the bottom that said, "Patient did not respond to requests for payment." I called Dr. Hoops' office and told the receptionist that I was told previously that I didn't owe a bill. I hadn't received a bill or any phone calls pertaining to a bill. I asked her to contact the previous receptionist to verify what I had told them. She told me that they had no contact with the previous receptionist. I told her that I would pay the bill and that if I was going to stick them, we would have done it when my husband had a root canal for $795 which was paid in full! We will no longer do any more business with them.
