Was comfortable with the DDS. Felt I was treated professionally. He treated his entire staff respectfully. Entire initial experience was what I was hoping for. Look forward to a successful professional relationship.

Worst experience, dentures were too big and crooked, patient gagging and could not eat properly for extended time period, of which dentist and staff were aware, all payment taken up front and then dentist and office manager refused to honor follow up scheduled appointment to fix dentures. Office manager refused to provide contact number for supervisor, and dentist refused to speak to patient during follow up scheduled appointment to acknowledge the errors with the dentures even though office manager said that she had informed him of the serious health concerns the faulty dentures were causing and that patient requested to speak with him. Despite an hour appointment slot and agreement for follow up care, dentist did not even bother attending to patient to discuss the issue for 5 mins. Requests to speak with dentist and supervisor were denied, and office manager threatened to call police if patient did not leave office, despite having collected all payment upfront.

Do not go to this Dentist. He does not stand behind his work. I will be placing a complaint with the Florida Dental Association. Once he is paid he does not take your calls and his staff is rude and condesendig.
