Dr Finn and his staff are great. They have always accomodated us (as we travel quite a distance) and we are also very pleased with how great our daughters teeth are looking .

While I have no doubt that Dr. Finn knows his business his practice is not friendly to families with two working parents. There are no appointments outside normal business hours and on the occasions when I have had the last appointment of the day (4 or 4:30) they have called to make it earlier despite the fact they know I am at work. The entire office seems to have forgotten that the family is the client. I have not found them to be accommodating at all.

Dr. Finn and staff couldn't be nicer, more flexible, and extremely caring of our family. We have children in school so scheduling is often difficult for us. Dr. Finn is able to accommodate our schedules, and we are always seen right away. Once, we had a problem that couldn't wait-on a Sunday night no less, and Dr. Finn was ready to meet us at the office within an hour. His staff is very friendly and my kids love going to the office. State of the art facility, and the results speak for themselves
