Dr. Brian Chang, DDS

I was sent to Dr. CHANG for Root Canal. When completed my Dentist then put on the permanent crown. I continued to have discomfort and pain. I went back to Dr Chang for evaluation, he said the tooth would have to be pulled. He did not offer to refund even part of the $1200 I paid out of pocket for the Root Canal. My Dentist did refund the $ 500. I paid for the crown and procedure. If a patient has to lose a tooth after a Root Canal, the patient should receive some compensation.

Dr could not finish root canal where he said it can be done in one sitting. Next thing I was told he couldn’t finish I felt he had others waiting. Appointment was made two weeks later. And during that time the tooth cracked Dr knew I was upset he did fully refund insurance and other payment would not recommend

From setting the appointment to treatment, my experience was fantastic. The receptionist was very kind and answered all my questions upon making my appointment. I was able to get the appointment in a timely manner. The front desk staff were professional and pleasant. Dr. Chang's assistant was warm and comforting. As for Dr. Chang, I can not say enough. He is a very humble, kind, caring, professional, and highly knowledgeable dentist. I am so happy that I found him. I would recommend Dr. Brian Chang 100%!

Dr. Chang and his team are incredible - I had a complicated tooth and a history of a pulmonary disorder that requires careful monitoring - Dr. Chang and his team answered my questions and made me feel at ease immediately regarding a root canal. The office is clean, the front desk staff is efficient and friendly, the overall procedure was relatively painless (a very, very small pinch from novacane, that's it. Easy.). 5 stars!

Absolutely awesome Endodontist. Dr Chang is the best professional caring nice thorough and very patient. He made me feel at ease throughout entire root canal. Highly recommended. Staff was great too!

Office staff was very nice and friendly. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chang. He answered all my questions, laughed at my jokes and made me feel right at home. I won't go to anyone else now for a root canal and will recommend him and the office in general to everyone I know.

Dr. Chang performed 3 root canals within 2 months. He is a medical magician! NO PAIN at any time, and his consummate professional manner was refreshing and appreciated. But on top of that, and maybe more importantly, he is a caring compassionate person taking my needs and fears into account. I would highly recommend him! His staff are also professional yet friendly and helpful, reflecting Dr. Chang's outstanding excellent expectations! 5 stars!

Dr. Chang is an exceptional endodontist. I would not go to anywhere else to have root canal work done. He has completed several root canals for me, and he made it a painless experience. I highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone who needs this type of work done. Have no doubt in your mind, he is the best! was greeted by staff courteously,professionally .they did all corono19 screening before entrance to bldg..was taken exactly on time..xrays taken painlessly..dental asst. was incredibley knowledgeable,skilled and professional..dr chang numbed me with no pain and performed the root canal very timely and pain free..he informed me of what he did, what I have to do next, and referred me to a followup dentist..totally outstanding!!!

This was a re-read root canal. No pain, no stress. Dr.Chang has a great way with patients. The new office procedures help to make you feel safe.

Went to Dr. Chang about 3 years ago (2017) as referred by my dentist. I had a terrible toothache and needed a root canal. as the "consult" they told me that they do not accept my insurance and that I would have to pay cash. I agreed and made an appointment for later. In between appointments, they called my house and left VM reminders FOUR TIMES that I still had a balance to pay and to be prepared to pay it, before I could get the work. When I showed up to my appointment and took a seat in the waiting room, after a few minutes, a woman slid open a window stuck her head out and said "Do you have the money?". I left. Driving away, in my car, Dr. Chang called and apologized and practically begged me to come back. I went back and paid and he did the procedure. Equipment from 1985, no mask, no gloves. The root canal was OK, did not get infected. At the end of 2017, I got a call telling me that I still owed him $225. I had paid almost $2k. Now...the $225 is on my credit report. BE WARNED!!!!

The worst experience! He did root canal And I complained of pain for 1 month. He did another root canal and I was in more pain for 2 months. He never was concerned about 2cmonths of pain. I found out from 2 dentists that I had a complete fracture of my tooth that he avoided. He clearly saw the fracture and that was the cause of my pain. He never checked or thought it unusual that my pain was getting worse. He is in my opinion incompetent and uncaring. The worst dentist!!! Zero stars!

retreatment root canal done by dr Chang was patient, meticulous, friendly, caring and professional. Did awesome work which was painless & used modern technology. Staff also excellent. highly recommended. was a very stress-free experience.

I was referred to Dr. Chang by my regular dentist. I called from his office as he instructed me to do. I spoke to someone and the said to come in at 1 pm which i wrote down. Today i looked at the reviews and notice that some people said the wait times were not good. I called and spoke to someone who said i appointment was at 1:30 so i said ok and asked about the wait time she said oh yes their a wait time. I get sometime and emergency occurs but she said it as a matter of fact. I canceled my app

From Reseptionist to end of visit, Total professionals! Dr Chang Is the best! I could not believe how fast a root canal could be completed and painless! Also want to mention how great Dr Chang’s assistant Kelly was. Cannot say enough about these amazing people!

Wish there was an option for ZERO stars.I called today to make an emergency appointment. I let KELLY the very rude receptionist know that I am almost 8 months pregnant and I'm in severe pain.she was unprofessional and after being on hold awhile she tells me she can take me Dec 1st.well after I asked if there was anything sooner she became very hostile and finally laughed and said have fun with your toothache and hung up on me! Go somewhere else, this place is horrible to their patients!
