He charge me an annual exam when he only check one tooth and he takes only 10 minutes to tell me my tooth looks like a guitar but not tell me what to do. He did a bad root canal and leave my tooth incomplete without repair my bridge. I was asking for clean my annual teeth and in the lady in front desk forgot that also telling me that she was trying to verify my dental delta insurance first when I have her a week. I will never go back there. Sorry but it's truth.
