Dr. Brenda Richardson, DDS

I was sent to Dr Richardson for a root canal. After 3 visits and 2 of them I was given novacaine(pretty painful) for her tell me that the tooth was too damaged to save. She couldn’t t tell me that before my 3rd visit. She didn’t t even address the abscess on my gum until the 3rd vist where it had gotten smaller.

Had an appointment with Dr. Lucas yesterday. He couldn't have been more professional, explaining what was going to happen before & after the procedure. His associates that helped him were the best! Doing good today. Thank you.

Called Dr Richardson's office for an appointment. She was too busy to see me and put me with her associate. He could not find one of my roots and covered up his mistake with a temporary which infected my jaw. I had to have a new root canal to fix his failure, and the infection was so bad at that point that I lost the tooth. Her associate would not even return my money to use for the proper root canal, to fix his mistakes. I called Dr. Richardson and she would not help me at all. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Richardson did an outstanding job with my root canal! It was a difficult tooth but she was so patient and gentle. Her front staff is very warm and friendly. They were very informative about my insurance. I would definitely recommend her.

AMAZING! The staff were nice, helpful and very personable. I'm a college student who just lost insurance, but they REALLY helped me through the process. They are GREAT!
