Dr. Brenda Porter, DDS

Dr porter and her staff are absolutely rude if you miss an appointment even with notice. She should have pulled a tooth of mine instead filled it and I have a severe infection she refuses to see me again. The ER had stated she knew she should have pulled this before filling it. Her staff Candice specifically was VERY rude and not caring about how the tooth can become so infected and make me septic and very ill and possible death. I explained what was going on. Asked to speak to the doctor and they refused to let me speak to the doctor and refused to even help me in anyway or see me again. My kids go here also but will not be again. I thought highly of doctor porter at one point. Now I am absolutely astonished at how I was treated due to a missed appointment that I tried to call for and they were closed the day before my appt I needed to cancel.

I was worried about two of my teeth but Dr Brenda Porter fixed them as good as could be (from what I can tell) about 9 months ago. One needed to have a filling replaced and the other was a chip in the front. I was impressed and still am, enough to come back and give her her well deserved praise. She was also nice and professional. Nice, competent, professional. It all went perfect.

Terrible place to take your mouth for dental care. Save yourself the Hassel and pain

she took like 5 minutes to pull tooth out, and fill one, a week later the new filling fell out, along with a old one, second visit she fill both fillings. Both visits pianfull! 3 weeks ago another filling fell out! NOT GOING BACK THERE!

Staff was very polite and kind. Otherwise, it was terrible. Sketchy office, old equipment. My cleaning could barely be called cursory- it took less than 5 minutes.
