jennifer office manager very rude.
My Austism son has been waiting 7 months to have root canal surgery, he has been-in pain and these people don’t care, The people that work their makes excuses because they are incompetent . I called and they forgot to follow up with authorization. You would think they would push to get things faster but they basically refused to. I called again telling them my son is in pain and still no one cared. They called today to say things have been approved by insurance but i need to come in right away to pay down money to get scheduled for August. Then when i told them I just can’t come in today, I can make the down payment over the phone, she said they can’t do that. Office manager even went as far to say to see another dentist because i was advocating for my son rights .When I ask to speak to the manager, apparently the coordinator is the manager too. Worst experience!!
