Poor bedside manner and poor installation

Dr. Schafer was addressed all of my concerns to my satisfaction and was gave VERY helpful and wise advice.

Broke one of my teeth from grinding and clenching. Not only was I in severe pain, but I didn’t want to lose the tooth. Dr. Schafer not only got me on the schedule, but was able to get me in early, save the tooth, fix the damage, and within a day, the pain was gone. P.S., Dr. Schafer is a Steelers fan. He’s clearly a sharp guy. Zero bias included. As for the staff, I don’t think it gets any better. They’re absolutely amazing to work with, ensures the process is smooth and simple, and I haven’t had a long wait yet. They’re very clear and concise when providing information to the patient. They even went through the process of explaining to me, in detail, the cost breakdown of the service. The amounts discounted, covered by insurance, and owed by the patient. Not only to they give you this, they give it to you with time to prepare so as not to feel blindsided. Literally the first dentist I’ve been excited to go to. Thanks for all you do!

I love the way Dr. Schafer handles our family dental care. He is always prompt on time, courteous, listens and makes sure we are good before we leave and after we leave. He is the best dentist around. I would not trust our care to any other dental professional

We were fortunate to find Dr Schafer by accident. We had moved to the area, and my husband had a dental emergency. Dr Schafer saw us right away and took wonderful care of it. Now, my husband and I have engaged the office's full services. They are working with us to design a cost-effective program of care according to health priority and affordability. Everyone one in the office seems gracious, welcoming, and helpful. The hygienists are awesome!

My problem is AFTER my extraction 10/9/18. Have been having problems since extraction/taken ALL of prescribed pain medication. I decided to give it a little more time but no improvement, so I called today, Monday 10/15/18 but was told that I cannot be seen until Thursday, 10/18/18 at 9am. I was initially told that "if I was experiencing problems, to call right away"--I don't understand WHY if I have to wait days to be seen even after telling them that I had taken ALL of the pain medication.

Dr. Schafer was pleasant, willing to show me (using a mirror) which tooth he was concerned about and to explain what treatment he thought best. He discussed options. I left his office feeling like I had been given the info I needed to make a sound decision about my dental care. (He will replace a crown that appears worn and gave me a fair cost estimate.) The hygienist, Jen, was gentle, thorough, and praised my home care, but discussed several options for even better overall dental health.

Always have a good experience at this office. Really like the dental hygienist, Jenn.

I broke a tooth, called the office and I went directly in for an evaluation. They placed a temporary crown and little over an hour, I was out the door. Exceptional service and it was the day before a holiday. The only Dr’s office that can and will perform this kind service. Dr. Schafer is outstanding.

Dr. Schafer is an excellent dentist! I’ve been really happy with the treatment I’ve received. The office staff, hygienists, and assistants are all amazing as well.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming starting with the receptionist all the way to the very end upon leaving! Will definitely be back and referring others!

He was appropriate for my apt. We will see further when i get 2 crowns and tooth extraction in a few weeks! I loved that i got right in!!

Great doctor

Very nice, caring and thoughtful. I had some extensive work done and it was pain free! I'm A nervous patient he put my mind to rest.
