The most inconvenient place I’ve ever been
I’ll start by saying I like the office. I like the staff, I honestly wish this place was just better all around, but there’s always an issue with something no matter what. They’ll only do one filling at a time, and scheduling an appointment is very difficult so if you need multiple fillings, you’re coming into the office as a separate visit for each and every thing you need. I’ve needed a handful of fillings and I have had to come into the office very frequently. I’ve literally had almost 10 appointments in the last six months. Sometimes you’ll schedule an appointment months in advance just to have it cancelled. I’ve never ever been told I’ve needed anywhere near this much dental work, which makes me worry that they aren’t being very honest about how much work actually needs to be done. I’m worried that I’ve done damage to my teeth getting unnecessary work here, but it’s really hard to say because I do like the staff and I feel like I trust them. Something just isn’t right here.

One of the worst. Whichever tooth he touches requires a root canal a few weeks later. I lost 3 teeth before deciding that's enough and trying to find a better dentist.

BUYER BEWARE- this dentist will inaccurately bill you so it is important to cross reference with your insurance company (or even better just find a dentist who doesn't do this!) They will argue that you owe more even after you crunch the numbers with your insurance. I ended up having to find another dentist because I could not trust their billing- the final straw was a $77 bill that I had cleared up as a receptionist mistake by showing them the math at the front desk. They admitted the error, th

If I could give them a 0/5 stars I would. As a healthcare provider myself I highly advise anyone considering this dental office to reconsider. I was treated with the utmost disrespect and unprofessionalism than I have ever experienced in my life. They state they complete your insurance claims for you “out of courtesy” however what does that mean? You either submit the claims or you have the patient submit them. And if it is up to the patient that is fine but should be documented.

Never has openings when calling in advance for weekend or late within a month. The office staff always pushes for X-rays at every visit. I don’t want the radiation exposure needlessly.
