I just want to say this Dentist office is STAND UP! Caitlyn one of the receptionists was AMAZING. I contacted this office to see if they would do a root canal as my dentist referred me to someone that was out of network (the cost for out of network was way too much). This office is in network for me but because of complications with the tooth the dentists here said I really needed to see a specialist. NOT only did they let me know this right away, Caitlyn spoke with the dentists to see if there were others options and she called a specialist office and coordinated my referral to them. I am happy to say because of the work she did I am now scheduled for an appointment to get this pain removed! Like I said... this office and the dentists are honest and very helpful. Testerman Dental is the only dentist I have dealt with that grossly overestimates what the patient is going to owe after insurance pays and then keeps the over-payment without telling you about it. I had a credit of over $175 on my son's account that no one told me about for over a year. I never would have found out about it if we hadn't taken our son back there while we searched for a new dentist closer to home. When they finally did send the check after I confronted them about it, it was made out in my old name that had been changed more than 2 years prior and they would not issue a stop payment bc they didn't want to pay the fee. Instead, they wanted me to do the legwork and be inconvenienced more. Furthermore, when I took my son to the new dentist, I was informed that he already had a perfectly intact sealant on one of the teeth that Testerman was going to "treat" if I brought him back. Now I wonder how many other times I have been told he needed treatment that he didn't.
