Worst dentist ever! I had got some work done here and all the teeth that were worked on hurt so I went elsewhere and got x-rays that proved the dentist was actually breaking the bones in the teeth that would actually result in the tooth falling out eventually. Shortly after I found that out I went in for a root canal I had scheduled and he somehow went down so far he hit a nerve in my jaw to the point where I passed out in the chair. Mind you I never mentioned anything much. He apologized when it occurred and prescribed me strong narcotics. Then on October 23rd I went in for two temp crowns and a filling as usual they forgot about the filling and were irritated that I mentioned it. They did all of it but something didn't seem right because while I was numb I had pain. After novocaine wore off my tooth hurt bad! I called in the next day they were open and they said on my appointment on the 21st they would look. no more space to type the rest

A few of the staff members were professional and caring. Unfortunately, the head of this dental clinic, Dr. Patel, was not. After taking X-rays during the initial visit, Dr. Patel told us where exactly the issue lied in the patient's (a family member's) teeth. However, after visiting another dental clinic we found out that this was not even close to being the problem. The issue lied somewhere else and Dr. Patel had missed that. During the second visit, the patient went through a lot of pain while he/she was getting the treatment. Definitely would not recommend anyone - especially young children sensitive to pain - to be taken care of by this doctor. The lobby is disgusting as well, as I was accompanied by several insects flying around me while waiting for my family member to come back. If you find crickets chirping loudly inside the lobby while you wait comforting, this place is for you.

Office is ran poorly in dealing with patients scheduling appointments.

Dr. Patel is a terrific dentist. He made my 10 year old son so very comfortable through 2 root canals he needed due to getting his teeth broken. Dr. Patel described every thing he was doing through the procedure. My said the procedure was completely painless. We finally found our family dentist after going through 3 different one. I'd also like to state how friendly the rest of the staff is. You feel very welcome here.

This guy is a hack. My teeth were awful when I went to him. He filled about 10 cavities in 2 sittings. I wanted him to pull a tooth. That was my sole reason for 1 appt. He took a mold of my mouth and RAN out of time to pull my tooth and couldn't get me back in for a week. When I went back for a check up 6 of the cavities he filled needed to be redone. He blamed it on me. Said I drink to much soda. I only have 1 every couple days. The front staff is as rude as you can get.

He and dental hygienist were WONDERFUL. My 7yr old son is on the spectrum and Dr Patel and staff were friendly and made the experience a pleasant one for my son. I highly recommend. Very professional.

I have been Dr. Patel's patient since 2012 when I moved here from Alabama. He is an excellent dentist. Always explains what he is doing step by step. He is very caring and makes sure all is good before you leave. Also his staff is very friendly. I have a good experience every time I go.
