Dr. Beverly Hadley, DDS

I arrived early for my appointment she asked me to have a seat with no greeting. Her tone of voice was awful when I asked questions relating to the new patient packet. Dr. Beverly Hadley spoke to me in a condescending tone like I was a child and not an adult. She appeared to be bothered with my questioning. She stated that she didn't like my demeanor. She then informed me that she was the dentist, owner as well the receptionist at the time. I then decided I didn't want her to service me. She refused to give me back copies of my personal information. I called and reported her.

Beverly Hadley has a natural condescending way about herself especially towards her patients. Beverly Hadley would benefit from proper etiquette classes and just respecting her clients. She speaks to people like they're children and not adults. Her tone of voice is awful when it comes to giving explanations to adults. Beverly Hadley also locks the door to her office You will be stuck waiting outside until your exact time rolls up, then the doors open. This can be bad for people who have elderly

I've been blessed to have Dr. Hadley as my family dentist since I was a kid. It's easy from me to highly recommend her services. She has kept me well informed on the importance of prevention and maintenance of oral care. I am grateful for her bring clarity and results to my dental experience.

Dr. Hadley is an amazing dentist and her friendly staff were extremely professional. They helped me in my emergency situation, their expert service saved my smile.
